Lifetime Guarantee and Limited Warranty

Ameriserve Repiping Co. Inc., warrants the repiping of your home to be free of defect in material and workmanship in accordance with the following policy: For the lifetime of your home on copper pipe, PEX piping, ABS drain pipes, adapters, fittings, material, parts, items of the piping system which we have supplied and installed. To you the original consumer purchaser, we will repair or replace at our option, under normal conditions of use and services, those items proven to be defective in materials or workmanship at no charge to you. Specifically excluded from this warranty are any and all electrical parts, items such as pumps, motors, shutoff valves, flexible connectors, and other components to a water piping system such as water heaters, valves, angle stops and regulators which ordinarily come with a separate manufacturer’s guarantee, and other appurtenances prone to wear and tear from daily and regular use. Moreover, extreme acts of nature such as earthquakes, fires, floods, may void this warranty. To obtain performance of this warranty, contact the Ameriserve office. A copy of this warranty, dated contract and/or other proof of purchase may be required to honor your claim. This warranty is for the original consumer purchaser and can be transferred to the next property owner for the current transfer fee. Transfer fee information can be obtained by contacting Ameriserve. To the extent allowed by law, this warranty sets out your exclusive remedies with respect to products covered by it, whether for negligence or otherwise. Ameriserve will not be liable for and expressly excludes any and all consequential or incidental damages, losses or expenses. This Warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties. No attempt to alter, modify, or amend this warranty shall be effective unless authorized in writing by an officer of Ameriserve Repiping Co., Inc
